How do I communicate with my assistant?

You can communicate with your assistant using the means that you find most comfortable whether via phone, Skype, email, WhatsApp etc

Do my hours expire?

Hours do not roll over to the next billing period. They must be used during the 30-days that your contract includes.

How are my hours tracked?

We will keep track of your hours and send you weekly reports. You can also request for a report at any time. We will also notify you ahead of time if you are running out of hours.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, just Contact us prior to your next billing cycle and we’ll cancel for you. If you have already been billed, your cancellation request will not take effect until the following month.

Do I get a dedicated assistant?

Indeed! You will have a college-educated, experienced assistant that is available Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm in your specific time zone.

What to expect after signing up for a VA?

We will begin finding the best VA for you using the information you shared with us about the services you need and the type of worker you would like. Once we have found the perfect VA matching your requirements we will set up an interview call connecting the two of you.

Will VAs work on the weekend?

VAs are not expected or required to work on weekends or after 6 p.m. However you can submit your tasks anytime, day or night, weekday or weekend and your VA will resume work the next business day.
